Most walks are conducted in groups, as seen below, Rex, Lily, Mabel, Mojo and Bindi are having a ball at Rosser park. Mabel has to stay on the lead as unfortunately she likes to go off on her own adventures, the others are allowed off the lead to run and swim as much as they like. Mojo loves to swim and chase the odd pine cone, Lily and Rex just love to chase each other, and Bindi is just happy to find a stick and carry it everywhere.

Ensure your dog is having this much fun and book now. Doggy day care is also available to those who require all day entertainment, as is overnight boarding. Places are limited and open only to those dogs who are well socialised, fully vaccinated and registered with the local council.

During these hotter months all walks are conducted in areas where the dogs can swim, or at least dip their paws or cool off their tummies, very impotrant for all dogs, and of course a real hit with most of our pooches who just love to swim. Swims are often followed by some mad running around and chasing each other, and of course a roll in the lovely green grass to dry off and have a good rub all over. (see Panda below).  Often a roll over is a popular time for Mabel or Panda to sneek up on each other, or poor Mojo and get in a quick invite for a play, and again the mad chasing begins.

Beach walks at Currumbin are also very popular this time of year, just ask Harry who adores swimming in the river, and chasing every other dog on the beach, its the perfect break to a long day at home waiting for mum and dad to get home.

Walking along behind them all is a joy to see, wagging tails and bums of all shapes and sizes, I wish every dog in the coast could enjoy a walk like this. Below are some of our favourite pictures taken this past week at various dog parks around the Gold Coast.  As evident in these pictures, different breeds and sizes often get along very well indeed, and it would seem that no matter what the breed, size or age of the dog, all dogs just love mud! Spare a thought for the Walktime stuff who have to bath all of these mud monsters.

Georgia just loves every other dog and cant wait to see her new friend Mabel for some playtime, whilst Harry likes the odd game of soccer and some good cuddle time.
